Usage
This raw materials like waste films of HDPE and LDPE are extruded through the extruder, and then are cooled through wind and cut hotly into granules, featuring in fine quality, bubble free and moisture free. The machine is equipped with a forced feeder, fast mesh changer and automatic rhermocontroller.Can be used to prodcess clean or old broken PP/PE plastic into granules that can be reused an the raw materials. The helical gear reducer made of 20CrMnTi alloy steel is applied to the extruder and sub-estruder, water tank and cutting part with alloy rotary cutter. Besides it is optional to be collocated with drying fan.
